Hi, Not sure on the relay boards. I see two part numbers. Is one for the top and one for the bottom or are they serial# specific. I have no voltage to the bake element in the top oven.

Frigidaire Pro electric double wall oven (2007). The lower oven elements stopped heating (convection element still works but is too small to cook with). I found that resistor R-2 on the relay board (316443901) was burned to nothing. Any idea as to what caused this failure? I obviously have to replace the board but I want to make sure I find the cause so I don't cook the new one. Any suggestions? Thanks

The broil element will not come on for the top oven. The bake element is fine, as is the case for bottom broil and bake. Broil element tests good with the continuity checker, but no voltage is shown with the test meter across the two leads to broil element. No obvious problems with the timer control. Is this likely to be a relay problem? And, if so, which relay?

Latest Questions

Both the top and bottom oven have stopped working. The bottom oven will heat, but will not maintain proper temp. We replaced the control panel and nothing changed. What should be our next step.

It started with the lower oven not coming up to temperature and taking forever to cook anything. Now both ovens are not coming up to temperature unless we go to convection mode then it appears to work fine. We are also getting an F-4 alarm even when the ovens are not even on. Any ideas??

When using the top oven at a high temp (450°F+) and attempting to use the lower oven at an equal or lesser temp (regular and convection) the lower oven will stop working and I get an F2 or F5 flashing on the display. The repair guy told us to replace the whole oven but I think it must be simpler than that.
