Hi, Not sure on the relay boards. I see two part numbers. Is one for the top and one for the bottom or are they serial# specific. I have no voltage to the bake element in the top oven.

45 Days ago this oven freaked out and gave out an F-1 code, according the hours of mindless web chasing only thing every body keep sayings was EOC is bad. We re[placed the EOC board and all is well. Now 45 days later we have f-1 code again but think is on upper oven, only time the f-1 code goes away and stops that ungodly beeping is if the oven is on. Well f-1 means EOC again, we replaced EOC again, this time no change. Everything works, but when you turn the oven to off its like you turned the oven to alarm. Is this the relay board causing this or the touch pads, already sank small fortune into to this beast to use it as a boat anchor. Need your help before I take my shotgun to it. thanks mike

I have the double convection oven and I have lost both the Broil and Bake elements in the Top Oven. I tested the Resistance and switched out the elements with the bottom oven and they were good. I also swaped and tested the Temp probes and they were good. I checked the over temp switch and it was good and had volts on both sides. I was thinking it was just a relay board for the Top oven but what has me stumped is I have volts at both elements when I turn them on. What would keep them from getting hot with volts on both sides of the elements? Thanks Wayne

On the top oven only the bottom element works and on the bottom oven only the top element works. We have already replaced the element in question without fixing the problem. Please advise.

The lower oven heats up very slowly but eventually reaches the set temperature according to the display. However, the actual temperature isn't as high as indicated. Using an oven thermometer, when set at 375 degrees and the display indicating the oven has reached that temperature, the actual temperature is 75 to 100 degrees less.

My up and down arrow keys do not work. All other buttons do but without the up and down arrow key working both ovens will not come on since you cannot set temp or anything with these two buttons. What do I need to replace to make these two work? Thanks, Sonya
