Answer Hello John! Relay board 318022002 is used for the upper oven. Relay board 318022001 is used for the lower oven. If you are not getting voltage to the bake element on the upper oven only and the electronic board is accepting the commands you will need to replace the relay board 318022002. Hope this helps!

Answer Eric, We do not have diagrams of the control board to determine what circuit the R2 resistor is for. If the resistor is burnt then it may have just been a weak resistor. You do want to replace the control board.

Answer Hello Douglas, The only thing that can cause this issue as per the wiring diagram is the broil relay on the upper oven relay board 318022002 unless there is a poor electrical connection.

Answer Hello Brett. Make sure both elements are working in the lower oven. If so, you may have a bad temp sensor 316490001 in the lower oven. If nothing is working on the top oven, you will need to check and make sure the thermal switch 318004900 is not tripped on the unit. If you press in on the red button, and it clicks, it was tripped. Also, it should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. If there is no power going to the elements from the board, replace the relay board on the unit.

Answer Hello David. Based on the error code you provided, the oven sensors 316490001 are bad in the unit and will need to be replaced. However, if they are good, then the manufacture recommends replacing the board clock 318010501.
