Bake elements not heating up in both upper or lower oven. Broil elements in both ovens still heating up fine. I pulled bake elements out of both ovens and tested. Have continuity/18.4. Tested both sensors reading 1084. Pushed red button on both thermal switches have continuity. Is there something I could try to narrow down if I need to buy a control or relay board (s)?

Broiler, clock, convection fan, light all work. Will not come up to or maintain temperture.

I have an f1 error code for the upper oven going off on a Frigidaire double wall oven when cooking in the lower oven. There is a lot of steam coming from underneath the display panel from the vent exhaust. I first had intermittent problems with the top oven heating up to temp. ( not every time). I have checked all elements and temp. probs for continuity. I also checked both ovens temp. with a external digital thermometer. I would greatly appreciate any suggestion on where to look next.

Latest Questions

I have the model number given and the top oven will not heat up at all. The broil function also does not work. The bottom oven works fine. I was thinking of changing out the elements but it just seems odd that the 2 would go out at the same time. I changed out the oven temperature sensor about a year ago. I believe this happened after a cleaning cycle but might be wrong.

Best way to access the relay board. Front, back, or top of the oven?

I have a Frigidaire FEB398WECD double wall oven. The top oven works, but the bottom does not. I can hear it start (the clicking sound), but then it will turn off. I can also hear the convection fan start when I try that mode, but it turns off. So I know power is getting there. I checked the elements and they were good to go too. I checked the thermals and they are good. Not sure if it the relay board or the clock main board issue. Thoughts?
