Answer Hi Edward. Use a volt/ohm meter part # WB27T10549 to see if you are getting proper 120 vac to the auger motor when the ice paddle is commanded. Remove the screw under the spill catcher . Lift up and out of the fountain dispenser assy. Then see if the paddle assy. part # 242074206 will engage the paddle switch. If it does not then replace the paddle assy. Then see if the paddle sw. wires are connected tight and the switch will open and close electrically w/ ohm meter. Switch part # 241973824. Look under the door hinge cover to see if the electrical connectors are tight. Look At the fountain control board and make sure all connectors are tight also. Fountain control board part # 241973824. Auger motor part # 241676201. Auger drive bar part # 241726501. Thank You.
