the unit is running at higher temp both freezer & fridge, when trying to program new temps it will not set new temps,and the water also stopped working. just replaced new filter. I can hear compressor running. Do you think it could be the main control board?

Answer Johnny, The first thing to check for, would be a defrost issue, is there ice or heavy frost on the back wall of the freezer ? then check and make sure the air diffuser 242010601 and air return covers are not blocked or restricted, and that the evaporator fan and motor are running at the high speed 241509402. Any of these issues could cause the air movement to be improper or poor, causing the majority of cold air to accumulate in the bottom of the fridge, and freeze the water tank, and keep the control setting from changing or resetting.
