The refrigerator is no working normally. I hear the motor turn on and turn off in less than 30 seconds, and the control shows sometimes is right, then like 62f in the freezer and 68f fresh food but some time shows 3f on freezer and 38 on fresh food.
and i want to know if this is the right part I have to change 241739702

Answer Alfredo, Yes, that is the correct control board part number for the model number you supplied. It does substitute to a control board kit 241739710. But based on your post description, you need to look at the power supply(voltage) to the refrigerator (110-120 VAC). and check or replace the start device on the compressor 241941003 Low voltage and a device issue will cause the compressor to have a start issue, and will cause the refrigerator to not cool. the digle in front of refr. at the top on the right side it is not on it will not turn on. there is peeping and the light is on but that is all there is. had a service guy out and he said the temp part is out that control the fan and how cold it is

Answer LaVonne, If we understand you correctly, the service technician advised you to replace the control board 241739710 because the refrig. display was blank, and the refrigerator thermistor 241608401, because the fan didn't run. Is the freezer working properly ? If so, You want to consider replacing both parts, the control and the thermistor, as long as you're sure the rifrigerator door light switch 241547901 is operating properly. Good Luck and Thanks
