How do you get to the screw at the back of the unit behind the water filter location so you can remove it to replace the water filter base?

The first one I did I used a long Phillips bit and an inspection mirror. This way you can see to get the bit in the screw. You should of course remove everything from the top two shelves and remove the shelves to make enough room to work.
