Answer Hello Fernley, There should be two 131668200 brackets that attach to the main top. The screws that hold the main top on then go through these brackets to secure the main top to the body. Part number 20 should go in the front on the bottom of the main top. This "hooks" the front of the main top to the top of the control panel. The springs, (number 22) go on either side of the main top to prevent noise from vibration.

Answer Hello Mr. Waller. Part number 20 131460900 mounts to the bottom of the front of the dryer. You will need two of part number 22 131279500 to attach the dryer to the washer top in the rear so it doesn't vibrate off. Sure hope this helps you!
