how do you replace burner head? What support the burner (right front/left rear). One is falling in.

Answer BeeJay, The burner heads are attached and supported by the cooktop. You will need to turn off the gas supply, turn off power to the range. Remove, the grates, the burner caps and trim rings on all the burners(label thenm just in case). You'll find three(3) small phillips head screws holding each burner to the cooktop. Once you've removed all 12(twelve) screws, lightly tap down on the burner, to "break it loose from the cooktop. Don't attempt to raise the top, until the burners are loose and free, you'll "snap" the gas supply tubes. Also, the 12 scews, most of those will probably break when you remove them from the cooktop burner base, be prepared. Thanks and Good Luck
