Answer Hi Ethan. The thermal fuse is located on the top left of the back wall. Above the heater assy, center left. You can test it with an ohm meter if it is open, the part # is 134120900. It sounds like the venting system is clogged or kinked. You will need to check the vent and clean it out. Be sure and c It will back up and over heat the heater assy. opening the thermal fuse.
