Frig will not power up, no lights nothing. I removed power board cleaned etc. worked for about 6 hours now back to nothing. am I correct in thinking that I will need to replace the power board in the ice maker or am I missing something?

A few weeks ago, my freezer items started to become soft/melty but would refreeze next day. This cycle kept reoccurring and water would run down front of door under water/ice dispenser. Finally, both sides became warm. I cleaned coils, fans are working, but when plugged in compressor tries to run but I keep hearing a "clicking" sound every 30 seconds or so. If left plugged in, compressor will become hot. The coils behind panel in freezer had no frost and test fine. What do you think?
