Hi, I noticed that my upper spray arm is not operating. I pulled the unit out and observed that the water rises slowly up the delivery tube on the side of the dishwasher. When I tap on the delivery tube the water suddenly rises up the tube with great pressure. I have to tap the tube almost everytime to get the water to flow properly up the delivery tube to the top sprayer. I think the plastic check ball has to be replaced but unsure if it could be some other part. Looking for a little help. Thanks for your time.

Latest Questions

The check ball- pt number AP2109095 does not shift to port water to the upper spray head. I tried manually starting and stopping the unit running under pressure 3 to 4 times and the water pressure stayed on the lower head. There does not seem to be blockage around the check ball area.
