When oven is preheating to 350° the oven light goes out before the preheat light goes out. Is this normal? The bake element, temperature probe and broil element all tested okay. I just installed an electronic control panel that cost me $200 from a local appliance store and it did not seem to help. The oven is not maintaining temperature.
