Harrison H for Model Number fef352awf
Answer Harrison, It's not likely to have a faulty new part, but it is possible. First check and ensure you have wired the new control properly, especially the L1,L2,BK and BR terminals. if all's correct, then the new control may have an issue in the "clear" circuit of the control or an issue with the actuator tab not making contact with the contact point on the internal board.
Do you have a control panel that will fit my range?

Answer Hello Cheryl,
We have the clock (AP3561834), and the overlay for the clock (AP3219802) but if you are referring to the control panel (AP3219779) that contains all of the control parts, I'm sorry but the manufacturer has discontinued it and there is no satisfactory substitution listed.
My oven suddenly stopped working over the weekend. The stove top surface still works. But the clock, timer, oven, broiler do not come on.
Doris for Model Number FEFL74ASG
Answer Hello Doris. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control board is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced on the unit. If there is power to the control board and it does not come on, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
