Most Interesting

I own a Frigidaire over that was displaying "F10" error. I followed the service manual and measured the temperature sensor resistance, and it tested within spec. I then ordered a new EOC per the service manual. I installed the new EOC and now I have a new problem. The only functions that work now are setting the clock, the timer, and the oven light. The rest of the buttons don't do anything. I double and triple checked the wires that plug into the EOC along with the ribbon cables. I also verified that the part number on the new EOC matched the old unit. Although I did notice that the old EOC had a Revision M and the new EOC is Revision T. I have a background in avionics and I know that a lot of times when revisions do not match, you end up with compatibility issues. Is this what's happening here? Or is the new EOC simply defective? Any help would be appreciated.

Could you advise how to get the ribbon cables to plug in to the slots. I know you have to squeeze the tabs on the sides to get it to unplug, but I can not plug them back in/
