Getting fault code f11, stopped for a while and oven started burning food, I adjusted the oven temp. and things were good. The f11 code returned and will not go away. Preparing to replace the E.O.C. board and for a cost of $90.00 I would like to know if I'm on the right path or if there's any other parts suggested.

Answer Craig, The F11 error code is an indication that the unit has a shorted keypad. You will want to disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If fault returns upon power-up replace the Oven control. You may also want to check to make sure that the oven sensor is good. You can do a resistance check ok the sensor to ensure that it has 1090 ohms at room temperature. If not then replace the sensor.

Where is the control panel located?

I recently asked a question but I wasn't thorough enough in my description of what is going on, so here goes again. Often (but not always) when I am using the oven, the unit beeps and flashes the F1 error code. I should point out that since I started seeing this issue, the oven temp. is lower than what I've set it to be (I have an oven thermometer) not hotter. My understanding is that I need to replace either the oven sensor or the oven control board based on the result of a 'resistance check'. I see that you carry the oven control board, but do you have the oven sensor too? Also, can you explain how to do a resistance check? Thanks very much!! Answer Hello Chris. 316233902 is the temp probe for the unit. It should read 1100 ohms at room temp and 1650 ohms at 350°. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Chris, The F1 error code indicates a runaway temperature. You will want to do a resistance check of the oven sensor. The resistance value should be 1090 ohms. If not then replace the sensor. If the sensor checks ok then you will need to replace the oven control board 316455410.

When I place my oven in demand wont come on. When I place the broiler in demand it works. Both functions are require the use if the same hot surface ignitor what can be the problem?

Answer Roland, You will want to check to see if you are getting voltage to the element. There should be 240 vac when the unit is in the bake cycle. If not then you want to check the clock to see if it is sending power. Check between L1 and bake for 240 vac. If not then replace clock. If there is power at the element then replace element and if there is power at the clock but not at element then check wiring.
