I always turn off the electric when departing for the season. Upon my return this season the Frigidaire oven clock lights blinked as usual but I never got around to resetting the clock. Weeks later I noticed the clock was not blinking and the oven controls would not light up. I am unable to use the oven. I guess some thing went out of service . There were no electric surges.

My bottom element heats but after about 5 minutes it stops heating and F1 shows up on the display. Also when the oven is not in use this timer buzzer sounds, the only way to stop it is to turn off the power. The broil part of this oven appears to be working properly?
