Hello George. If you hear pressure released, and then a pop, it sounds like the bake element AP2126365 burnt out inside the oven. You will need to test and see if the element reads closed for continuity. If not, replace the element in the unit. Would that also keep the broiler element from working cause that element is not working either?

Answer Hello George. If both elements are not working, you need to check and see if the relay board 316239403KITK is burnt, or the wiring is bad, or you have a voltage issue to the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I heard a release of what sounded like pressure and a loud pop in my oven , There is no eorror messages , no anything, but my oven does not get hot.

After installing a new clock/timer board, the display reads "PF," but none of the buttons on the touch pad work. Please advise. THanks!

Answer Hello Heather. Make sure the overlay 316243301 is installed properly on the clock 316207620, and the wires are connected correctly to the clock. Also, press clear or off, when you see the PF to clear and program the clock assembly. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello John. Test for 240 volts coming to the terminal block and both elements when the clock is turned on. If the power is there, then test the bake element 316202200 and make sure it is closed for continuity. If the power is not there, replace the clock 316207620 on the unit.
