Answer Marcy, On the start relay there is a wire that wraps around the relay. Push in on the wire and remove the front part of this wire clip and pull the relay straight off the compressor.

Answer Steve, Sorry, but yes you will need to order a wire harness adapter 297177300 in order to install the new relay onto the compressor. Thanks

Answer Hello Mr. T., Check the compressor. If it doesn't come on, it will never cool. If it's running, check the condenser fan. it's right there in the machine compartment with the compressor. If it's running, check the freezer fan. If it's running, it's time to pull the back wall from the unit to check the frost pattern. If it only has a ball of ice forming where the freon lines come into the unit, the sealed system has lost freon. If there is a complete frost pattern, you should check for a damper issue.

Answer Hello Flash. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control board 5303918341 is bad and will need to be replaced. The power comes from the plug to the board directly. If you test on the control from P1-1 to P1-11 you should have 120 volts. If not there is a wiring problem with the unit. Hope this helps.
