I HAVE A CODE E 32 . I was able to unplug the machine and reset it. Does not put enough water in the washer.
Answer Hello Tony. What you need to do is make sure the drain hose isn't kinked at the back or blocked. Then empty the filter at the bottom of the washer and clear the chamber out as well. Make sure its fully cleared out in there. Once that's fine then take off the pressure hose which goes from the pressure switch down to the pressure bottle at the bottom. Check these hoses and make sure the hose is fine and there's no splits in there or holes. If so then replace the hose. Also make sure the pump impeller at the back isn't jammed up as well. Make sure the pump is working also. If all that appears ok and the pressure switch has been replaced already then it may be a faulty control board.
The control panel lights up but the machine wont start. It keeps showing "pause".
Answer Hello Anna. Make sure the door switch is good. If so, you will need to order and replace the interface on the unit.
