Answer Nick, The part does not come with install instructions. To install you will need to remove the screws that hold the inner liner in place. Once removed you will have access to control panel to remove control board. Make sure that the unit is disconnected from power before doing this.

As long as you have removed the electrical connection cover to the unit and verified voltage there and checked the connections in the wire nuts, the problem is usually in the relay/control board 154663004. I would check the connections to the switch board before I ordered anything. It can sometimes be solved by removing and reinstalling an electrical connection. If this doesn't work, chances are good the control board has failed. Realize the door switch has to be closed to achieve power to the board. Make sure the unit isn't full of water when you do this so you don't take an unexpected shower! I hope this helps you solve your issue and have a great day!
