This refrigerator started not cooling enough. 60's tech came changed control kit, then it frozed everything. He came back and "adjusted" it but it kept freezing. He said it came factory defective and changed kit with a generic, but it kept freezing everything. He had no more in stock, and I have no refrigerator. He was told to order another one. Please, any suggestions about it?

Fridge cooling to 48 F on coldest setting. When I removed dial to check t'stat (216715503) I found a small screw next to dial shaft. When turning it counter-clockwise compressor started and c/w stopped it. Is this a control feature and how many turns would lower temp by 12-15 degrees? Thanks. Bob

The part number on my temp control is 216715500. When I put the model # in to cross reference it tells me that this part is not compatible. This is the first time we have had a problem since we purchased this unit 8 years ago. Thank you.

My refrigerator gets warm and when I bump the back panel around the temp control knob the fan will kick on. Would this be more likely be the fan or the temp controller? Thank you

Fridge not cooling. It get around 60degrees and that is it. I pull the cover inside fridge and their is frost build up on the the incoming line to the evaporator where the temp sensor is . Is this a freon issue in the system. The compressor does seem to run but get hot. If it is a seal system issue can it be repaired.

I can't see the last 2 on the model number the serial number is wa54900586. The refrigerator won't get cold tried turning up to 7 on the control knob but nothing. Also the seal on the bottom of the door is hanging down. The refrigerator is running normal but it is really warm.
