Freezer wont turn on. What will cause this problem? Is it the control?

Answer Hello Frank. Test and see if there is power coming to the control on the unit. If so, then test and see if the control is sending power to the compressor to turn it on. If not, you will need to replace the control 216787700 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
