The buttons on the front panel are worn through. The replacement part is unavailable for just the touch pad cover. If I replace the cover with AP3954121, will it have a printed, finished cover attached?

I had to take the water dispenser cover off (AP3954121) to remove some ice from the water line. When I did, I found that the three screws at the bottom that hold it in place were rusted out. In fact, the heads popped off the right and left screws, leaving the screw shafts in the plastic socket which is just behind the stainless surface. Only the center one is intact. Can I replace the mount that is inside the door, that these three screws screw into? Or is that an integral part of the freezer door that is not replaceable separately? It looks like the sockets are in the lower part of the large curved rear plastic piece that is inside the door, forming the back of the depressed area where you place a glass to fill with ice and/or water. If it is non-replaceable part of the door, should I try to drill out the two screw shafts and to put new screws in place?
