Answer Hello Dan. It sounds like you are experiencing a defrost issue. It can be a defrost timer 215846602, the defrost thermostat 5303917954 or the heater itself. Unfortunately the defrost heater has been discontinued and we no longer have any left in stock. Hope this helps.
