Answer Hello Ed. You can drill out the pin, but be careful not to damage the refrigerator. Once the pin is removed, the support will pull out. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello! The crisper cover support 241993001 can now be used as both the front and the rear supports. Hope this helps!

Answer Herman, The dowel that you have on the new part needs to be tapped in with a hammer or the blunt end of a screw driver. This will keep the part from falling out. 

Rmac for Model Number GLRS267ZCW1

Answer RMac, To remove the pins you will have to get a flat blade screw driver and needle nose pliers. You will break the white rim around the pegs and have to use the needle nose pliers to pull the pin out.
