Answer Hello Sheena. Disconnect the power going to the unit. You will need to gain access to the inner door panel. Once inside, there is a pin on the old one that you will need to remove to remove the old cup. Be sure and look at how the spring is positioned for the reinstall. You will reinstall the new one in reverse order. Hope this helps.
