If my refrigerator side is not cooling and I feel no air coming through this flow regulator, or if I wiggle the casing where this is located to get the air to come through, does that mean this part is bad

I recently replaced the adc board in the fridge with the adc IV kit from this website. the damper was the one with two switches, but the adc IV kit only uses one. Which damper should I order, the one with two switches or one?

Latest Questions

Hello I asked a question about my fridge damper control turning off and on continuously and you thought it might be a bad damper control so I changed it and I also changed the start relay on the compressor. The damper control is still cycling on and off. Everything is staying frozen and cold any suggestions of what to try next. I feel it is still cheaper than buying a new one if I can fix it. Thanks for your time. Gene.
