The refrigerator side is freezing items no matter where the temperature control is set. The water line seems to be frozen as well as no water will dispense. Any thoughts?

I am having issues with the coils freezing completely solid. I first noticed that the fan wasnt turning so I replaced it. The fan didnt work so I replaced the control board as well. Replacing the board fixed the fan issue and I assumed all was well. I have since replaced the thermostat and heater element but to no avail. Coils still freeze up solid after about a week. Any suggestions on what other element may be bad? I think I have replaced every item involved in the defrost procedure. Thanks for your time. Kyle

I had frost built over the evaporator coils...defrosted it and changed the thermostat...however, overnight the frost was built over the top layer of the evaporator coils. Refrigerator side is OK but no ice in the freezer section.

The drain pan in the bottom of the freezer keeps freezing. Also the Shroud & gasket (AP3773763) above the evaporator builds up ice until the fan blade hits the ice and makes ALOT of noise! Water freezes in the bottom and sometimes runs out the front of the refridgerator freezer door. The condensor DOES NOT build up ice, it is ice free when I disassemble it. I thought it could be the defrost heater (AP2150169) but it measure ~24ohms and draws 118mA AC when active. The defrost thermostat measures about 0.5 ohms when cold. Any idea on what to check next? I am stumped at this point! It takes several weeks for it to start freezing up again. Thanks in advance.
