Most Interesting

Freezer and fridge cool to about 40 degrees and runs constantly. It does not freeze or make ice on freezer top. Took off back panel and see that it is ice cold and some ice on the incoming tiny copper line that goes to a larger copper tube connected to the coil and at the very beginning of the coil. The rest of the coil is not freezing or icing up. Can here spurring sound in the coil like Freon is flowing. Any ideas as to the problem and worth fixing?
