Latest Questions

Off hand, I don't know the model number of my refrigerator. It's at least 10-15 years old. side-by-side, ice/water dispenser. Anyway, the refrigerator door has just recently started doing this thing where it won't close unless we 'make' it close. I mean, we used to be able to just kind of 'let go' of the door after we gave it a little push in the 'close' direction, but now, it just stops whenever we stop pushing. It only closes if we actually make sure with our pushing, that it is closed. Would this be a door closure bearing problem?

I am looking at part number AP2115808 (hinge cam bearing thingie) for my kenmore 25351399105 refrigerator. After disassembling the door, it seems that not only is the plastic bearing worn and deformed, but it seems that the metal flange holding it has been reamed out allowing the plastic piece to shift inside of it. The flange is number 13 on the diagram, can I get the part number to order it?
