I have a Frigidaire front load washer and I have several questions. 1) When I search info on this model, the mo.# always come up as ATFB6000ES0 or ES1 not just ES. I don't know one of these numbers is a replacement number for my model. The problem is that the washer won't spin and drain. Research suggest a faulty pump or computer is sensing that the door is not latched. What is most likely the problem? Thank you.

Hello, I have this front loader washer and it will not start back up. Yesterday I washed a large comforter and it didn't completely spin I'm guessing. When I went to check the washer it was off but the door was still locked. I didn't know it was locked at the time so I tugged on it a bit to open it. Now I can't wash another load. When I try to start the load, all the lights come on, but it keeps saying PAU. Pause every time. What's causing this pause. Oh and it's not locking at all either, it seems like it's waiting for the lock and it's not happening so it pauses.

My washer won't lock. I keep reading in forums about error codes. How do I make one show up? And will it tell me which part I'll need? I'm figuring the door lock assembly, but it is kind of pricey, so I'd like to be sure. Thanks for your help! Peri

My washer filled with water while the door was cracked open. I am unsure what caused the water to start to run or why it would do it with the door not completely shut. The one possibility for the water being in there would be my 3 year old son messing with the machine but no clue if he actually did. The door latch is missing a bit of material on the bottom side of the lower opening not sure if this could cause the sensor in the latch to malfunction and allow a cycle to start and run water in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
