I have a Frigidaire front load washer and I have several questions. 1) When I search info on this model, the mo.# always come up as ATFB6000ES0 or ES1 not just ES. I don't know one of these numbers is a replacement number for my model. The problem is that the washer won't spin and drain. Research suggest a faulty pump or computer is sensing that the door is not latched. What is most likely the problem? Thank you.

Answer Hello John. Check the pump and make sure it is not clogged. There is a filter inside the tub to pump hose, that will need to be checked as well. If this is clear and the pump is working properly, you will need to check and see if the lock assembly is locking correctly. Hope this helps.

My fridgidaire appliances are not a year old yet. I put a load in yesterday and it stopped after wash cycle. Did not spin and rinse. I cancelled and set to spin and rinse cycle...read out did not go beyond sensing when I hit start. There is still water in tub. Did check drain hose. I pushed on door to make it was locked...made a loud humming sound. Unplugged washer for awhile..no luck????

Answer Delia, Yes, you'll need to install the harness and strike "Per Factory Will Also Need 131882400 Wire Harness And 131763310 Door Strike." You also need to check and make sure the washer tub drains completely and the water level switch 134438301 resets to the empty circuit and the air hose 131789900 is not twisted, kinked or clogged with deposits or sediment(disconnect the hose from the switch and blow in the end of the hose).

The code comes up the 2nd door lock switch on my washer. Do I need any more parts for the switch does the door lock assembly work for both locks?

Answer Dawn, The door lock assembly for this washer is all in one and you would only need to get the one switch. With this door lock you will also need to get the wire harness 131882400 and door strike 131763310 per the factory.
