when I push the button for ice, ice accumulates in the chute and does not discharge from the door. I am not sure which part needs replacement, door seal, ice chute, ice door assembly, door center. . . Recently there had been ice or frosting within the chute. I do not think the door had been closing properly, so there may be multiple problems. I can physically move the door center/seal and the ice will come out, but the door does not close. I have been able to manually seal the ice gate and I taped up the door, so the cold air is no longer escaping. I also need to know how to open up the door to replace the parts. I am not sure if this is done from the outside or indisde of the freezer. any help would be appreciated.

Door seal missing and spring-torsion broken. I only have one piece of rubber left in ice chute. Would I follow the same procedures for model FRS6LR5EB3 on removing panel or would it be different?
