I asked a question earlier about my dishwasher door opening too far and the rack rolling out on the floor. I was going to order two door springs, but after reading Jar Head's message, I wonder if it is a door spring problem after all. What is supposed to make the door stop at the proper elevation? Would I need something other than door springs?
