Answer Sonya, Based on the model number, this unit is not equipped with a water dispenser which would mean it does not have a dispenser. The icemaker may be a add on icemaker and it is not uncommon for the ice to be cloudy due to minerals in the water.

Answer Hello Barry, The diagram that the Drian tube 241957901 is located under the system. The way that you have to get to the drain is to remove the product from the lower half of freezer so that you can get to the back wall. Remove the back wall of freezer compartment and clear as much ice as possible. Using turkey baster and hottest water possible, squirt the hot water into drain. Once you get the ice out of drain you may have to snake the line to clear out clog in the drain.

Answer Hi Sam. If you are getting water leaking down out of the freezer door, then you have a plugged drain under the evaporator coils. You will need to gain access to this area and un thaw the drain pan with hot water. Make sure that you catch the drain water with towels (one dozen). Then use a hose to insert it into the drain and blow through it. This will check to see if it is clear. Make sure you do not over fill the drain pan and flood the floor. It is common that a food wrapper or a piece of meat to go through the evap. cover vent and get sucked into the drain hole. You may need to pull the unit out completely. Un- plug the unit and remove the back. Then find the drain hose opposite end going into the drain pan. Mold or dirt can back up into the hose from this end also. Clean,Clean,Clean is the advise to have. While you are back there , use a shop vac. to clean the condenser coils and dirt so the system breathes correctly. Condenser coil brush part # TJ103 .
