I have Kenmore Range 79095658000. When I try to preheat my oven the lock button engages on its own. It just keeps trying to lock and you hear the motor running. The clean button isn't touched it does this on its own when I try to bake.

Turned oven on, heard a pop, turned oven off. Went back several minutes later and oven was still on. Could not turn it off and had to unplug the stove. Is the problem the Electronic Control Element? Thank you.

I need the panel that goes in front of the Electronic Clock Control. This piece has the writing (up arrow, down arrow, clean, bake, etc) that coordinates to buttons on the clock control. Is that part of the Electronic Clock Control (but is not shown in the above pictures) OR is that a separately named part that I'm not seeing???
