Hello, having a problem getting the screws loose on the top element in the oven...this unit has the 5 star screws in it.... How do I break these screws loose ? Been inside the oven what can I spray on the screws to break them loose, that won't cause a problem later with the heat ? One more question, does the new element come with new hardware?, thanks John
