While preheating the oven, it made a loud "POP" sound and blew the circuit breaker. We reset the breaker. The oven does not work, nor the broiler. I think it is the element. Could it be something in addition to the element? The rest of the range works fine. I could order replacement elements, but I am afraid it might be more than the elements. Please advise. Thank you. Oven doesn't heat. Broiler element works and visual inspection indicated bake element burnt. Replaced part 316206000 but still does not heat. Ohm reading on element is 16 on a 400 scale. Both old and new are same reading. Is that spec correct for a working element?
