Unit is 15mo old. We used Clean function for first time a week or so before problem appeared. Tried to heat upper oven, but temp would not get above 240deg. Upon further inspection, found that broil element would not work in Broil mode. Suspect Coil is bad. Or temp control in malfunctioning. Question: How likely is the coil to burn out in such a short time? Is the Clean function likely to cause the problem?
