Is this grommet AP3775121 threaded onto the delivery tube?

It looks like it probably turns about 1/4 turn on and off. So, it doesn't actually thread as much as it clips with a partial turn.
The upper spray arm continues to fall off. If I order spray arm AP4514338, will that fix the problem? I understand this item was redesigned. Or do I order just the grommet AP2109646 and attach to the old spray arm?

Answer Hello AJ! It will be hard for us to say which part you would need to correct the issue you are having. From the diagram and pictures the spray arm 154754502 and grommet 154463402 snap together. You will need to inspect each part to determine which one has become defective causing the arm to fall off. Thanks.
