My frigidaire stopped working, however, the freezer is still working fine. What could be the problem?

This is a symptom of a lack of air circulation. You either have a bad evaporator fan motor 5303918549, or a defrost issue. With the defrost issue you will have an additional symptom. An ice build-up on the back wall of the freezer. If this is the case, you will need to remove the rear wall of the freezer to access the components to test. You can test the defrost timer 215846602 without any disassembly. Open the fresh food compartment and look straight up at the center of the control housing. You will see a hole in the plastic cover that has a hole up inside it. This second hole is in the center of the defrost timer. If you use a small screwdriver in this hole, you can advance the defrost timer into defrost. It will click as you turn it and after a louder click, the fans and compressor will kick off. This is the defrost cycle. After 20 to 30 minutes the unit should kick back on by itself. If it hasn't kicked back in 30 minutes, the defrost timer motor has failed.
If it comes back out of defrost, either the defrost thermostat 5303918202 or the defrost heater has failed. On a Frigidaire, the defrost thermostat is a common failure. I would actually suspect the defrost thermostat before I suspected any other failure.
Regardless of which failure you may find, if it's a defrost issue, you will need to defrost the unit with a hair dryer as the defrost circuit cannot defrost a huge amount of ice. It is only designed to melt away the frost that can build-up between defrost cycles.
