How do I install this shelf mounting grommet in my Frigidaire freezer (part of a side by side refrigerator)? Any helpful hints?

Answer Hello Dan,
Use a paint scraper or a putty knife to remove the old one and put a dab of silicone on the outside of the new one. Push it into the hole and install the shelf.
