Answer Wayne, All, elements (bake, broil, burner) require 220-240 VAC 60 Hrz. power supply to operate properly. The 316580408 is a pre wired receptacle and harness kit, and will have the proper guage wiring and receptacles for the cook top burner elements, if that's your concern. Good Luck
