Answer Hello John. The most common cause to this is a defective spark module 316135700. If it's caused by a certain burner, you could have a defective switch harness 316001830. Hope this helps!

Answer Hello James! You will need to check to make sure that the top burner surface ignitor 316081705 has not cracked. If it has not and it is good then you will need to replace the spark module 316135700. Hope this helps!
