My left hinge is not snapping closed to seal the oven shut. I don't know if the spring has broke, or if I need a new hinge. If I need a new hinge customer service said the replacement part # is AP2123742. I would like instructions on how to replace this part myself, or instructions on how to take the oven apart to check the hinge. Thank you, Helen

Answer Hi Helen. Remove the power. Remove the door and the storage drawer. It will be lighter to pull the unit out. Then remove the side panel screws by removing the burner grates and lifting the top up. Use the support rod to hold the top up. This will access the side panel top screws, the back screws need removed. Then once panels are removed then you can replace the hinges. Remove all 3- front hinge bolts and pull the hinge out from the back. Re-insert the new hinges and re bolt them. Reassemble in reverse. You need to replace the both at the same time since the one side still working is now on the immediate verge of breaking since it is over worked. Thank You.
