one burner does not light when you turn knob but if you turn knob and then light another burner it will light, will this ignition switch the problem?

Answer Hi Earl. Remove power. You will need to remove your door. The door hinge should latch closed so you can lift it off. Then you can access the control panel lower lt. and rt. under corner screws to remove the control panel. The knobs need to be removed. Then your ignitor switch will be pulled off the gas valve stem that doesnt work. Thank you.
