Is the touch pad ribbon part easy to install for a diy, girl? Our "light wash" options work, but our start/delay and the normal dish cycles won't work, when the button is pushed.
Thank you for your help!
To replace the touchpad ribbon, you would disconnect the power from the unit. Once disconnected you will remove the screws holding the inner liner in place. Lift the inner liner and disconnect the ribbon harness from the control board. It may be necessary to remove the control board in order to get the harness in and out. Peel the touchpad from the front control panel of the unit and install the new one and reassemble.
