Knob - control cold
Which way is the off position, which way should it point? Up, down, left, or right? There is nothing on the cabinet to indicate where the off should point.

Answer Hello Bill, on the cold control 216788000 there are two "fingers" that the knob slips onto. One is bigger then the other. If you look at the backside of the knob you'll see that the two fingers can only go on one way. At that point it will be lined up properly.
