Answer Hello Kim. If there is power coming to the timer motor, you will need to order and replace the timer on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Here is the part number for the timer along with the price.154465901 You will need to remove the inner door panel to access this part. Be sure and disconnect the power to the unit before servicing.
