I have the incoming voltage 240 volts, and 120 volts to all circuit boards. I have all the lights and functions on the front of the stove.
It is like no voltage going to the oven elements, and no voltage going to the stove top burners. The operators panel says everything is working. I measured no voltage on the lower oven element when it says it was on. Board Problem? which one?
Answer Hello Doug,
You have 120Vac getting to the clock assembly to light it up but remember these are 120Vac circuits. The only thing in the unit that is 240Vac are the elements. If you are reading no voltage on the elements, you should check the terminal block for loose connections and the wall outlet and cord. If the wall outlet is loose, there will be a burned spot on one of the prongs and there is usually some discoloration of the prong from the color of the other prongs. Be aware that the surface and bake compartment circuits are separate so if both are not working, the issue will be at the terminal block or back toward the power supply, (wall outlet or breaker). If you have 240Vac to the unit as you mentioned, the terminal block is the only suspect unless there is a harness issue.
