Answer BJ, If the fabric softner dispenser is only working part of the time there is a possibility that it is clogged with softner inside the spout. Because the unit cannot be disassembled the dispenser assembly 134409320 would need to be replaced.

Answer Hello Jen. We are not the manufacture of the appliances, and do not do the recalls on the units. We are a factory replacement parts supplier. You will need to contact the manufacture. However, if the door lock 131763202 is bad on the unit, it will cause the problems you are having. Try unplugging the unit for about 10 to 15 minutes and see if it works properly. If not, it could be a bad door lock assembly. Hope this helps.
